Baby Potatoes sauteed with whole spices

Boy these are the cutest little potatoes one can find. They are called Pee Wee Potatoes and should be available at your local grocery store. They are the size of a grape and are just so cute that you will want to pick them up and take them home.
We brought the Pee Wee’s home and sautéed them with whole spices. This resulted in the most amazing crunchy, crispy, aromatic potatoes I have ever had. The kids loved picking these little pee wees and popping them in their mouths. The trick to this recipe is the use of whole spices. I used an equal mixture of whole cumin, mustard, fenugreek, fennel and onion seeds to sauté the Pee Wee Potatoes. If you don’t have all the whole spices in your pantry then use whatever you have, but use them in equal proportions.
1 lb Melissa’s Pee Wee Potatoes (1 bag)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp whole spice mixture
1 /2 tsp salt

1) Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
2) Add the oil, the whole spice mixture and the Pee Wee Potatoes and sauté them till the potatoes are cooked. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
3) Season with salt.
4) Serve warm.
