There are tons of diet books out there. A lot of them push one kind of diet or another. But this book is different-it talks to you about many different topics. It’s almost like a friend giving you advice. The book is divided into 30 chapters, one for each day of the month. There is a lot of useful information in this book. For example, I thought that women were at a greater risk for disease if their waist measurement was over 40 inches. It is actually 35 inches. I also found out that USDA Select grade beef only has 3%-4% fat, vs above 8% for USDA Prime. I know that Prime is supposed to taste better, but I am also concerned about saturated fat.

The best part about this book is that it got me to think about my food intake and my diet. The book is long-at 400 pages, it is larger and denser than your average diet book. But it’s written with a fun, easy to read style. I think you can learn a lot by reading this book. Another plus this book is not preachy. The diet book can be found at Amazon for $21.95.
