All the above cereals contain anywhere from 33% to 50% sugar in them. No wonder they are sooo yummy. As a child I remember eating and loving cocoa krispies and now I don’t even remember the last time I ate cereal. Given the sugar in these cereals, you are almost better off buying unsweetened stuff and adding the sugar in yourself as you will not add nearly as much as sugar on your own as these cereals contain.
Also, cereals are pretty much a no no if you have gestational diabetes or are borderline diabetic, unless you are eating oatmeal, cracked wheat or something along those lines.
