I love the title…it sounds so exotic. I was in Vietnam last year and really enjoyed Avocado and condensed milk, it is a popular dessert in Vietname.
This recipe reminds me of that yummy dessert, which served as inspiration. I took an avocado and mushed it up, 2 tbsp worth. It is about a quarter of a medium sized avocado. I then added 2 oz of evaporated milk, which you can get in a can for less than a dollar. And because we have to remember that freezing something makes it taste less sweet, I added two tsp of agave nectar. You can always substitute simple syrup or honey, but I really like agave nectar. My nectar bottle is almost empty, it tasted great and wasn’t that expensive: about four dollars for a bottle at Costco. Way more expensive than sugar but not much more than honey.
It tasted very rich and creamy. You can go creamier if you want by using heavy cream instead of condensed milk or go lighter by using fat free milk.
