Guava Pineapple Zoku (Frozen Pop)

I travelled alone last week with my two kids under the age of 3, lugging 4 suitcases, 3 carry-ons, 1 car seat and 1 stroller all the way on a 36 hour door to door journey to India. It was long tiring journey involving 3 plane changes and an overnight in another Indian city before reaching my final destination.  You wanna guess what was in one of my suitcases? YUP! My Zoku Maker (frozen pop maker). I was coming home for a few weeks and I thought long and hard about whether to take it or not with me. A few weeks without my Zoku is hard to do. I really do like making instant frozen popsicles for the kids. So I have my Zoku on its first international trip.

So the first Zoku we made after coming to India was a guava pineapple zoku. You can use the juice from the Ceres brands or make your own juice and making this refreshing tropical frozen pop.

I mixed equal parts of guava and pineapple juice in a bowl and added them to the Zoku till the fill line.  A few minutes later came out this delicious refreshing summery frozen pop that everyone loved eating.

Enjoy!
