In one of my previous posts I commented on how juice is the next soda and said that I would do another post on soda alternatives. The most obvious way to avoid having your children drink soda is to not keep it in the house. We don’t keep soda in our house except for when we entertain. The second way is to drink chilled water. I find myself drinking more water during the day when it is chilled versus at room temperature. I often add slices of orange, lime, or lemon in my water to make it have some natural flavor.
