Ever get confused on which fish is high in Omega 3 when you go grocery shopping? I always find myself asking the guy behind the counter for recommendations as I can never remember. I know there are several signs in most grocery stores about which what fish not to eat when you are pregnant or nursing or even give to children below a certain age but no signs around saying which fish gives you the bigger bang for your money.
So here’s a list of fish that you should buy and get your children to eat as they are high in Omega 3 and help in raising a “smarter child”:
*Wild Pacific Salmon
* High in DHA.
I would love to hear how you serve fish to your children? So please share your thoughts.
