Here’s an interesting tidbit about Kale. In the US most restaurants use it to decorate the salad bars! Huh? Interesting huh? It’s the green curly leaf surrounding the salad bowl. Wow.. what a waste of an incredible superfood! Kale is ANDI Score’s highest rated food. I am sure with time this useless use of Kale will change. Out here in the West Coast I am already seeing Kale salad as entree. One of my favorite salad is Kale with papaya ginger vinaigrette dressing. Yum! Even in the raw form you can barely taste the bitterness.
