Our beloved First Lady, Michelle Obama, is a woman after my own soul. I love the fact that she keeps her hubby and children so focused on eating right and exercising. I remember when I first heard that she and the President woke up at 5 am to exercise, I told my husband that there’s no excuse for us to slack off on exercising. If THEY CAN DO IT! So can we!
I love her initiatives on trying to get our children healthy. The White House recently hosted a health fair for children to teach them to exercise and eat healthy. Our First Lady surprised us again by hula hooping 146 times!
Anyways, here are three children’s snack recipes that are approved by her. They look very tasty, incorporate a lot of flavors, and look easy to make. Infact, I am going to make one with Simone in the next few days and share our experience with you.
