This chocolate strawberry frozen pop recipe has the added bonus of hazelnut and a cookie in it. The end result is as tasty and creamy as ever. Plus the fun part of making popsicles with kids is that they are very eager to participate. While making these frozen pops, the kids selected the ingredients they wanted in their popsicle. They mixed it and even poured it into the Zoku Maker. Have I mentioned what a hit this Zoku Maker is on playdates? I always have it around for playdates at home as it is a fun activity to do with the kids.
This recipe was put together by my 3.5 year old and I l loved the end result. Makes 2 Zokus.
4 oz milk (I used whole milk but you can use any you want).
1 tbsp nutella
2 small animal cracker cookies (I used these , but you can use any that makes sense)
2 medium sized strawberries.
1) Toss all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2) Pour the mixture into a Zoku Maker and fill till line.
3) Wait till frozen ( approximately 5 minutes) and remove the Zokus.
NOTE: These frozen pop recipes will also work without the Zoku Maker.
