Feeling very island inspired lately. All I want to make at home is tropical food and eat tropical fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, and coconut. This Zoku is one of my favorites at the moment. I really like the combination of strawberries and coconut. Strawberries are in season right now in Southern California and they are just so perfect. Red, ripe, fresh and absolutely delicious.
Here’s how we made it:
Ingredients (makes 2)
4 oz milk (I used 2%, but you can use whole, soy, or any milk you want)
1 tbsp of Coconut Chips
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (I used Agave Nectar).
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and fill the Zoku with the mixture till the fill line.
