When given an option, try to shape your child’s taste buds by using these substitutes:
Instead of…. using Jelly on bread ….. try hummus on bread
Instead of adding chocolate to milk …… try adding Omega 3 liquid that they sell at Whole Foods in the milk. It tastes like butter scotch and is great brain development.
Instead of sour cream….. try cottage cheese or plain yougurt. They both have incredible amounts of protein and have less fat when compared to sour cream.
