I wasn’t surprised by the presence of Krispy Kreme or Mc Donald’s on the list, but the presence of Blueberry Scones from Starbucks, Reese Puffs cereal from General Mills and the Quaker Natural Granola Oats & Honey & Raisins cereal surprised me. The Granola Oats cereal has as much sugar as 3 Krispy Kreme donuts. In this case, you might as well eat the donuts why pretend to be healthy!
The blueberry scone from Starbucks has twice as much sugar than a chocolate donut. So once again, might as well eat the donut. In the past I have ordered the scone on numerous occasions but going forward, I will definitely stay away from it.
