I am really thankful that no one in my family has any food allergies. I can only imagine what that experience is like. You constantly have to be vigilant. A daughter of a good friend of mine has dairy, gluten, and nuts allergies. As a result there’s not a lot of food she can eat when all the kids are together. As a parent, my friend is always watching her daughter to make sure she doesn’t put anything in her mouth that could cause her an allergic reaction or is always looking for products to add variety to the daughter’s diet.
I came across this book, “Ask Before I Eat“, that allows parents to educate and inform the child as well as care takers about the allergies a child has. It allows parents to personalize the book for the child as well as include instructions on how to manage the allergy.
At $20.90, including shipping, this book is a great buy for your child, should your child have any allergies. Click here to buy, “Ask Before I Eat.”
